Hi, I'm Danisher but many call me "DJ"! I was born in Miami, Florida, and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. I grew up attending church with my family, solely out of routine and not from a relationship with God. At the time, I was holding onto many unhealthy relationships and worldly things that left me feeling alone and discouraged. In 2020, I finally turned around and ran back to God. The first verse I read in the Bible was Joshua 1:9: "Be strong and courageous. Do not be discouraged or afraid. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." God's Word is so powerful that I instantly felt loved and seen by my Heavenly Father. In 2021, I fully surrendered my life, and I have tasted and seen the goodness of God and the fruit of my "YES." I am so grateful for what Jesus did on the cross and the honor to do life alongside you.
